GolfSG provides an online platform that allows users to book tee times at partner golf courses across Asia. We act as an intermediary between users and golf course operators. GolfSG does not own or operate any of the listed golf courses.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Users may browse available tee times and select a preferred course, date, and time.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

A confirmation email is sent upon successful booking.

Users must provide accurate and complete booking details.
5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in the local currency of the golf course (e.g., SGD, VND, THB).

Prices are set by the course operator and may include applicable taxes.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms set by each individual golf course. Please review these before booking.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information provided on the platform is accurate and up to date. However, GolfSG is not responsible for any discrepancies in pricing, availability, or course details provided by third-party golf operators.

9. Limitation of Liability
GolfSG is not liable for:

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
