2. Course-Specific Cancellation Policies

Each partner golf course may have its own cancellation and refund terms. GolfSG acts as a booking platform and honors the refund/reschedule rules set by the course provider.

Please read the individual course’s cancellation terms before booking.

3. Standard Cancellation Guidelines

If a course does not specify custom cancellation terms, the following applies:

• ✅ Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tee time:
  Full refund or reschedule permitted.

• ✅ Cancellations made 24–72 hours before tee time:
  50% refund or one-time rescheduling subject to availability.

• ❌ Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows:
  No refund. The booking is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your booking or request a refund:

1. Email us at hello@golfsg.net

2. Include your booking reference number, golf course, and date/time

3. State if you’re requesting a refund or reschedule

We will reply within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and next steps.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within:

• 5–10 business days for international cards

• 2–5 business days for local payments

You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

6. Weather & Course Closure

If a course is closed due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• No-shows or failure to arrive on time

• Incorrect booking details provided by user

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours)

• Course denies access due to dress code violations or other rules
