GolfSG acts solely as an intermediary between users and independent golf course operators. We are not responsible for:

3. Booking Disputes
Any dispute regarding tee time fulfillment, refunds, or course-specific rules must be addressed directly with the golf course involved. GolfSG will assist in communications but bears no legal responsibility for the actions of third-party providers.
4. No Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfSG is not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill

User negligence or non-compliance with course policies
5. Force Majeure
GolfSG is not liable for service delays or failures resulting from events outside of our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or government restrictions.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This limitation of liability is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be handled in Singapore courts under applicable legal standards.
